Listed below are the defining values that prescribe the minimum standards of behaviour expected from all aspects of INSIGHT Limited the business and its team.
The values that INSIGHT prescribes to (in no particular order) are:

Four key areas of the business have been identified to promote the INSIGHT values system. These areas are:
- Business - all aspects of management and control of INSIGHT. This includes the functioning of the organisation ensuring its profitability and efficiency in relation to short and long term goals.
- Customer – the organisations or clients that INSIGHT provides services to.
- Clinical – participation and delivery of objective observation, assessment and rehabilitation for persons entrusted in the care of INSIGHT.
- Team – the group of people or associates that work for INSIGHT.
